Limus
A small family-owned and run business in Berrin/Mount Gambier, Boandik Country on the Limestone Coast of South Australia. Farming six hectares of organic grapes spread over five individually leased vineyards, all within five kilometres of Mount Gambier. At their home winery, they process roughly 20 tonnes of fruit each year, the majority grown in their vineyards plus a small portion purchased from certified organic and biodynamic vineyards nearby. In the winery, they take a hands-off approach with the ultimate aim of having the wines reflect the beautiful vineyards where they are grown.
