Conditions
By using our website or buying wine from us (online, by email, or over the phone), you’re agreeing to these terms. We may update them occasionally—any changes will be posted here.
Age Limit
t’s illegal in NZ to buy alcohol if you’re under 18. By ordering, you’re confirming you’re 18 or older. If it’s a gift, the recipient must be 18+ too.
Delivery
Charges
Delivery costs vary by area and number of cases. Rural areas cost more. Charges are calculated at checkout, and if there’s a big difference in cost, we’ll be in touch.

Timing
We aim to deliver within 7 working days after payment clears—usually sooner. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
ID Check
If our driver’s unsure the recipient is over 18, they’ll ask for ID. No valid ID = no wine.
Intoxicated Recipient
If the recipient appears intoxicated, we won’t complete the delivery.
Authority to Leave
If you tick this option, you’re confirming no minors can access the wine. We’ll leave it in a safe spot if you’re not home. If we can’t find one, we’ll reschedule.
Our Customer Commitment
Quality Guarantee
If a wine is faulty, let us know within 60 days. We’ll replace or refund it.
Breakages
If bottles arrive damaged, send us a photo and we’ll sort it—replacement or refund.
Stock
We sometimes sell limited-release wines. If something runs out, we’ll swap it for one of equal or better value.

Prices & Payments
All prices are in NZD and include GST. Delivery is extra.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and bank transfer. Orders are shipped once payment clears.
Special offers can end at any time.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days, depending on the reason.
We usually arrange collection and cover return shipping (unless you prefer to send it back yourself).
Refunds are processed within 30 days of return—or if you cancel before shipping, within 7 days.
Broken or spoiled bottles? Email us with a photo and we’ll take care of it.
Warranties & Liability
We guarantee our wines are good quality and suitable for drinking.
We’re not liable for:

Privacy & Data
We keep your info safe and only use it to fulfill your orders or improve our service. We’ll never share your details except when needed (e.g. for delivery). You can opt out any time.
General Legal Bits
We’re not responsible for delays caused by things beyond our control (like strikes, weather, etc.).
These terms are governed by NZ law, and any disputes go through NZ courts.
We may update these terms if the law changes or for security reasons.
