Fallow

Fallow wines come from Ryan Frazer, a young farmer and vigneron hailing from Healesville in Yarra Valley. Organically farming a hectare of Pinot Noir on Woiworung land and working closely with select organic growers for their other wines, Fallow is driven by the ethos that wine is made in the vineyard. In the winery, minimal intervention informs the processing of the grapes to deliver wines that speak to the essence of the fruit and their terroir.
