2021 Fallow Bobolino Pinto

From a biodynamic vineyard 5-mins from No7 in the Yarra Valley. Grown by a super lovely couple (ex-lawyer and ex- nurse). Gorgeous fruit picked fairly ripe for Fallow standards and even Yarra average which lead to a more classic vinification. With lovely raspberry acid line through it, great structure and is awesome by the glass over a few days. Aged in barrel for 11ish months.
