2021 Fallow Cantaloupe Island Rutherglen Muscat

From an organic vineyard in Rutherglen, picked for Moscato, with super low alcohol. The skin contact time of 15 days (destemmed and hand plunged in the picking bins). It didn't take on heaps of colour, just this lovely peach/cantaloupey blush. After a couple of years in bottle it's light, pretty and unique.
